FROSTINGS:
Some frosting recipes work best with certain cake recipes. Free-standing 3D cakes require a sturdier frosting than flat sheet cakes, for example. Dietary restrictions may also play a part in which frosting to use. I will always present all the options available for your order, along with my recommendations.
