Ordering a stationery or gift item from Sweetest Whimsy takes just a few short steps! (For Custom Cake orders, view my Custom Cake Order Policies.) After you select an item, you'll be guided through checkout and order confirmation. You must be logged in to complete your order.
ORDER APPROVAL
For most personalized photo items, you may request a free proof to be emailed to you for your approval. If you select this option, the item will not be personalized until we receive your approval by email or phone (210-695-1087). Please provide your order confirmation number when you approve your order.

ITEM PERSONALIZATION: NAME, MONOGRAM, MESSAGE
Unless otherwise indicated in the item description, personalization is free of charge on most products.
The number of characters (which includes letters, punctuation and spacing) or images varies from item to item. Please read the product's description for personalization specifications.
Each particular product is customized with a particular typeface and style of personalization (i.e. engraving, thermographic printing, heat transfer, embroidery, sublimation, etc.). The method of personalization is usually included in the product description, and available fonts may be shown in an accompanying photograph. Regardless of how you enter the name, message or initials, we will determine upper and lower case usage to fit the product.
The option to personalize is yours! All our personalized products can be ordered without any lettering. However, we cannot accept an item back for personalization once it has been shipped to our customer. We encourage you to consider your personalization options before placing an order. You'll be able to personalize the products you order before you add them to the shopping cart. If you would like to order multiple items and wish to personalize each one differently, personalize them and add them to your shopping cart one at a time.

PHOTO PRODUCTS
After you have placed your order online, you may at any time email your desired image(s) to Sweetest Whimsy. View the Digital Images FAQs Page for more detailed information on how to send the correct image for your product. You will be contacted if your image size is not large enough for the item you have ordered.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of personalized products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for any personalized products unless the item is damaged or a personalization error was made during the printing process. If the error is due to incorrect spelling, grammar or spacing of the text by the customer during the order process, no refunds or exchanges can be made. Sweetest Whimsy does offer a 15% discount on any reorder of a personalized item due to customer error.
If your personalized or photo product contains an error made during the manufacturing of that item, please request a Return Authorization by email or phone within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Please do not wait to contact us, or it may be too late to process a replacement or refund!
